About Brad

Brad grew up in Oklahoma and began participating in theater at a young age. By 7 he was performing in musicals and plays around town; at age 10, Brad was operating the sound console for his local church; and when he was just 14 years old, he participated in the electrical overhaul of the Bartlesville Community Center, a 1700 seat proscenium theater. That job eventually lead to other projects at the BCC, including numerous national tour load-ins, shows runs, and load-outs. It was the BCC where Brad first tried his hand at programming a lighting console. He would program numerous plays/musicals, concerts, ballets, and symphonies all of which performed on the BCC stage.

Brad studied theater at the University of Oklahoma under the late Steven Draheim. He graduated with a degree in Lighting Design. During his final years at OU, Brad spent the summers interning at the Williamstown Theatre Festival in Williamstown, MA. Working at WTF provided Brad with the skills necessary to pursue a career in programming in NYC. Brad returned to Williamstown for three more years, once as the Master Electrician of the Nikos stage and then two additional years as production electrician. Not only did his time at the festival impact his career, but it is where he met his beautiful wife, Mariah.

Brad now resides in Randolph, NJ with Mariah, their son Benjamin, and a loving golden retriever named Charlie. Between working on Broadway and traveling abroad, he enjoys disc golf, hunting, working on personal projects, and real estate investing.
